Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert in hirify.global's data and their business.
• Solve complex business challenges using data, especially regarding scientific expert engagement.
• Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions.
• Optimize user platform experience through bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and proactive project ideas.
• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into actionable insights and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with hirify.global leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in roles related to data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting.
• Proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that solve business challenges.
• Experience working on a cross-functional team, with the ability to speak to engineers and data scientists.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
