Location: Fully remote within the U.S. only. Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $74,500 – $105,000 /yr base pay, plus annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft).
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional certification in HR analytics or data analysis (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CAP).
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques in people analytics.
