Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft).
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Professional certification in HR analytics or data analysis (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CAP).
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques in people analytics.
