What you will do
- Manage end-to-end execution of consumer-based research studies, including questionnaire design, fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting.
- Lead data preparation and quality assurance across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) to manage relationships and communicate progress.
- Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and liaise with vendors/internal partners for smooth project execution.
- Interpret and analyze large datasets to develop compelling narratives and actionable insights.
- Support marketing initiatives by translating consumer behavior for external-facing materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience in market research, consumer insights, with ownership of research projects from design to delivery.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing competing tasks.
- Demonstrated experience handling large datasets in Q, Microsoft/Google, and statistical toolsets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Workspace Suite.
- Experience using crosstabbing software (e.g., Q, SPSS, IMS Clear Decisions) to analyze survey data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with internal and external teams.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical/analysis software (SPSS, R, Displayr, or basic SQL).
- Familiarity with the entertainment, media, or tech industry.
- Experience applying advanced analytics (cluster analysis, max diff, regressions).
