What you will do
- Own and evolve hirify.global’s content and social strategy, driving AEO/SEO results, lead generation, and brand differentiation.
- Build scalable systems and frameworks for content, social, and creative execution.
- Lead the ideation and development of flagship content marketing initiatives like research reports and educational programs.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of marketers, helping them grow and execute.
- Define and track key metrics for brand and content performance, fostering a data-informed culture.
- Lead major brand and content projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years in brand and/or content marketing, with at least 2 years as a people manager.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling content and social functions.
- Ability to collaborate in the Toronto office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
- Strategic, big-picture thinker able to translate creative vision into measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and building connection with audiences.
Nice to have
- Background in developing content for brand campaigns or large-scale editorial programs.
- Experience with small business owners/creators/entrepreneurs.
- Led creative projects spanning multiple formats (written, visual, video, live).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, brand tracking, or content performance reporting tools.
