• Take full ownership of the affiliate budget, managing spend to balance customer acquisition costs, inflow volume, and lead quality.

Requirements

• Proven skills in designing and executing comprehensive affiliate marketing plans.
• Deep expertise in identifying, recruiting, and negotiating with diverse affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key performance indicators (CAC, CVR, LTV, fraud signals).
• Proven ability to manage spend, forecast ROI, and balance acquisition cost, traffic volume, and lead quality through effective commercial modeling.
• Solid understanding of the affiliate landscapes, consumer behaviors, and competitive pressures in the US, Mexico, and Canada.
