What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to assist with large projects.
• Manage the delivery of smaller projects, adhering to the company's delivery model.
• Initiate projects/changes and educate new Project Managers on the delivery model.
• Assist with overall project and operational planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage financial tracking of projects, monthly reconciliations, and client invoicing.
• Participate in project coordination, status calls, and follow up on agreed actions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in IT project management or a similar PMO role.
• Experience in project reporting and resource management/scheduling.
• Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting.
• Strong experience with MS Excel.
• Experience with PPM tools such as Monday.com, Workday, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
