Technical Account Manager (Latam): Acts as a technical liaison for B2B partners, integrating Product, Engineering, Supply, and Customer Experience teams to ensure partners receive clear, consistent, and reliable technical support and strategic growth initiatives with an accent on issue validation, structuring problem reports, and coordinating with engineering. Focus on prioritizing technical escalations and optimizing intake, triage, communication, and escalation frameworks.

Location: Remote (Mexico, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners, translating partner inquiries into structured, actionable requests.
  • Assess and validate reported issues before escalating to engineering, using internal tools, dashboards, and SQL to identify root causes.
  • Improve intake workflows, templates, and triage mechanisms to create consistency across partners.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, supply, and Customer Experience teams to refine escalation paths and communication standards.
  • Maintain clear follow-through, alignment, and ownership across parallel workstreams.

Requirements

  • Diagnostic and analytical abilities to validate incoming issues and structure comprehensive problem reports.
  • Experience with SQL and internal tools to investigate technical or data-centric questions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize requests across multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills to provide updates, timelines, and expectations to partners.
