What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of major projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Construct detailed project plans, manage teams, and lead various meetings (status, planning, cadence).
• Analyze and mitigate risks, manage project finances, and ensure team skills alignment.
• Delegate activities, meet deadlines, deliver on SLAs, and delight clients.
• Practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, partners, and all internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Services Transition or Transformation.
• Solid understanding of Project Management Governance and Resource Allocation.
• Familiarity with PMI methodology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• English proficiency: Advanced (C1) required for global communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
