Location: Remote within Ontario, Canada

Salary: $71,100 CAD – $106,700 CAD (yearly)

What you will do

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, focusing on emerging acquisition channels like Reddit, TikTok, and Podcasts.
  • Traffic ads for search, social, display, and video placements, ensuring proper naming conventions and UTM structures.
  • Conduct keyword research to find expansion opportunities and eliminate waste in existing PPC campaigns.
  • Optimize ad copy and creative assets to maximize campaign impact across objectives including engagement, clickthrough rate, and cost per acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations on bid adjustments, budget mix, and targeting to meet KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data via CRM, GA4, and Amplitude to identify trends, improve acquisition costs, and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social, or programmatic advertising.
  • Expert-level knowledge of at least one paid media platform (Google, Meta).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English B2+ required.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
