What you will do

• Analyze production issues and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
• Evaluate possible scenarios and recommend optimal business and IT solutions.
• Design and document business solutions within hirify.global.
• Participate in implementation workshops.
• Conduct analysis and documentation of test cases for high-quality releases.
• Support testing cycles, particularly System Integration Testing, to validate performance and functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a banking business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and structured working method.
• Business fluent in both German and English.

Nice to have

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent.
• Experience with Web and Mobile App development.
• Knowledge of the banking industry.
