What you will do

• Evaluate and analyze payment processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into payment solutions, documented in JIRA and Confluence.
• Design and build functionalities to implement business solutions within hirify.global.
• Remain updated on payment industry regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, manage client interaction during testing, and handle bug fixing and potential change requests.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation and testing of new and existing functionality and bugfixes, participating in Agile practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience within a similar Business Analyst role with a payments focus.
• Track record of developing in PL/SQL and Oracle database or similar.
• Experience in process analysis and engineering.
• Experience in defect triage.
• Fluency in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
• ACCP certification.
