What you will do
- Support sales opportunities by demonstrating solution capabilities.
- Understand Criminal Justice Process workflow related to digital evidence.
- Interview user work groups within Public Safety agencies and construct needs assessments.
- Assist in technical responses to RFPs and presentations.
- Develop and deliver presentations to end users, partners, and consultants.
- Maintain existing customer relationships to maximize revenues through relationship building.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience selling and/or sales engineering into Government verticals and/or into the Public Safety/Security industry.
- Experience working with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses and state and/or federal contracts.
- Proven consultative selling style with experience in demonstration and presentation preparation.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
