What you will do
- Achieve assigned quota by selling IIoT solutions to target accounts.
- Coordinate with territory teams to align on strategy, execution, and account management.
- Develop new accounts and expand relationships within existing ones.
- Build executive relationships with key leadership (CIO, VP of Operations, OT/IT Directors, AI/Cybersecurity leaders).
- Drive complex industrial software sales, identifying and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably in industrial automation, IIoT, or OT/IT integration.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
