What you will do

• Own workload solutions and integrate CVO into hyperscaler-native architectures, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to post-GA evaluation.
• Translate customer and partner feedback into crisp PRFAQs and actionable backlog items, partnering with engineering on prioritization and sprint execution.
• Incubate features and drive early growth by running private/public previews and engaging design partners.
• Build and maintain tooling (licensing/trial automation, POC accelerators, performance sizers/TCO models) to reduce time-to-value.
• Author technical documentation and solution guides; deliver deep-dive sessions and "train-the-trainer" programs.
• Act as a technical liaison for strategic escalations and partner closely within the hyperscaler ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in building/operating solutions on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong full-stack awareness from data storage through applications and business processes (OS, networking, virtualization, security, cost management, analytics/AI/ML, automation/IaC).
• Proven experience as a Cloud/Solutions Architect, Solution Engineer, or Product Manager in a product-adjacent architecture role.
• Expertise in data management protocols (NFS/SMB/CIFS/iSCSI, RAID, snapshots, replication) and performance tuning for cloud workloads.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate deep technical concepts.
• Customer obsession, bias for action, and ownership mentality with demonstrated end-to-end delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware Solution (AVS), Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), and cloud marketplace deployment models.
• Hands-on integration with Azure OneLake, Google Gemini, and cloud AI/analytics services backed by object/S3 on ONTAP.
• Background in creating field-facing tools (estimators, sizers, onboarding/licensing automation) and standardized reference architectures.
