Location: Hybrid role based out of our San Francisco hub.

Salary: $244,500 - $280,000

What you will do

  • Lead and empower a team of highly skilled solutions architects.
  • Drive the adoption and deployment of hirify.global's generative AI platform by overseeing key pre-sales technical engagements.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans and define technical value propositions.
  • Act as an executive technical sponsor for hirify.global’s most strategic accounts.
  • Influence hirify.global's product roadmap by gathering market insights and customer feedback.
  • Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions for diverse enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Experience as a strategic leader with 4+ years of management experience in scaling a solutions architecture organization.
  • Proven expertise in leading and scaling a solutions architecture organization within a high-growth technology company.
  • Deep technical proficiency in generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations of AI/ML solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset to innovate, optimize processes, and drive measurable impact.
