Human Resources Coordinator: Managing a variety of HR tasks and initiatives and serving as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day office management in a brand-new HQ in Midtown Manhattan. Focus on revamping new-hire orientation, supporting learning & development, owning employee recognition, and ensuring a hospitable office space.
Location: On-site at hirify.global’s headquarters in New York City, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage the Learning & Development platform, track training compliance, and oversee the stipend program.
- Revamp the new hire orientation program to create an exciting and welcoming experience.
- Create and roll out employee engagement initiatives for both in-office and remote populations.
- Lead the search for a new employee gifting and swag vendor, consolidating platforms.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors at the HQ office.
- Manage the collection and distribution of mail and voicemails for the hirify.global team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) with a focus in Human Resources, Psychhirify.globalgy, Hospitality, or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of internship or work experience in an office environment.
- Passion to learn more about People + Culture and employee experience.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively work with others at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
