What you will do

• Design, standardize, and continuously improve global people operational processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Translate People strategy and policies into clear, practical workflows that teams can actually execute.
• Lead cross-functional People projects from planning through execution.
• Operationalize People policies through clear workflows, approvals, and controls, ensuring compliant execution.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation and workflow design.
• Lead adoption of new processes, programs, and tools across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Global HR Operations / People Operations high-growth environment.
• Strong project management experience, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to operationalize policies and drive process clarity.
• Experience designing or implementing automated workflows.
• Solid understanding of global employment operations and compliance fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting People transformations or scaling operations in fast-growing companies.
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow design, or operational platforms.
• Change management or operational excellence background.
