Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands), with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office weekly after an initial 3 months in-office. Digital Nomad Program allows up to 20 days per year working while traveling after the first year.

What you will do

• Own and execute organic ASO strategy for global app store ranking, including keyword research and metadata optimisation.
• Drive a continuous cycle of data-driven experimentation and A/B testing to improve store conversion rates.
• Collaborate with paid acquisition team to create high-converting custom product pages and store listings.
• Spearhead ASO efforts for new country expansions, adapting strategy to local languages and behaviors.

Requirements

• Proven ASO expertise in developing and executing both organic and paid strategies across iOS and Android.
• Ability to create and optimize custom product pages (iOS) and store listings (Google Play) for paid campaigns.
• Track record of running A/B tests on keywords, screenshots, icons, and descriptions with data-driven insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple ASO projects simultaneously.
• English: C1+ required (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Must be based in Amsterdam and work from the office 3 days a week.
