What you will do

  • Own customer adoption strategy and value delivery plan for automation solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end adoption delivery, coordinating internal and external teams for timely implementation.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand and advise customers on how to define, deliver, and realize value aligned with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer success roles, driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Good understanding of Automation/RPA platforms and professional services.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space.
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
