What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs.
- Educate partners on company platforms and proactively offer new tools and features.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships to generate new business for hirify.global' products/services.
- Build and manage a profitable portfolio of business partners by acquiring and retaining them.
- Develop a deep understanding of respective markets, competitive analysis, and partner activities.
- Formulate market-specific strategies and participate in promotional campaigns and client events.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship, or client-facing roles within the financial trading industry.
- Proven experience working within the Dubai / UAE market.
- Excellent communication in both Urdu/Hindi and English.
- Deep knowledge in financial markets, trading, investing, and technical/fundamental analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Stock / FOREX trading.
- Bachelor's degree is compulsory.
