What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of end-to-end software (SaaS) and hardware implementation projects, ensuring delivery to scope, quality, and timelines.
• Lead functional programme governance, including reporting, financial oversight, forecasting, and modelling.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Plan, prioritise, and track multiple workstreams, adapting plans to maintain momentum.
• Identify, escalate, and proactively mitigate programme risks and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with clear, succinct communication at all levels.

Requirements

• Strong background in software and/or hardware implementation; cloud (SaaS) experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and influence decisions effectively.
• Proven ability to manage programme governance, reporting, and financials.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, planning, and prioritisation in fast-paced environments.
• Prince2 and/or Agile qualification (QBE acceptable).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
