What you will do

• Lead migration projects of microservices systems and business-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and define priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog, maintaining a clear roadmap.
• Coordinate dependencies with Backend and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement across all development processes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team capacity planning.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering complex software projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent skills in prioritization, stakeholder management, and expectation setting.
• Outcome-focused mindset, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills and a leadership style based on empathy, clarity, and collaboration.
• Fluent in English, Russian is a plus.
• Ability to foresee challenges, manage risks, and guide the team toward predictable results.
