What you will do

• Drive regulatory and new product implementation for Global Markets & Treasury projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage projects throughout their life cycle, from initiation to closure.
• Perform resource planning, develop comprehensive project plans, and track progress.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
• Ensure overall compliance with Legal, Audit, Risk Management, and external banking regulations.

Requirements

• Overall experience: 9+ years in project management.
• Banking experience: 3+ years with Calypso product.
• Strong Agile experience is required.
• Excellent understanding of project management, planning, monitoring & reporting.
• Knowledge of different project delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall.
• English: B2 required.
