What you will do

• Lead the discovery phase to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and senior management.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager for 4+ years.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage risks, stakeholders, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Clear and professional communication and reporting skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above required.
