What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and quality in alignment with Top Management.
• Communicate project status, progress, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between product vision and delivery-oriented approach to ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead cross-divisional and cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
• Oversee project budgets and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Project Management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex cross-functional projects at a senior level.
• Proven experience within IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and/or BPaaS contexts.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and team motivation skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in leading RFI&RFP processes, vendor negotiation, contracting, hiring, and managing third parties.
• Relevant exposure to the financial services industry.
