Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Demo Nirvana’s software, highlighting the value of the AI-driven insurance platform.
  • Hit or exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Partner with SDRs, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to refine sales and product strategies.
  • Capture customer feedback to shape product and sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of closing experience in a sales role, ideally in software or technology.
  • Demonstrated success against quota or measurable sales goals.
  • Experience running product demos and managing a structured sales process.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment where you help define the playbook.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into insurance, logistics, transportation, or related industries.
  • Exposure to early-stage or founding sales roles.
  • Interest in data-driven products, AI, or infrastructure-heavy software.
