TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their strategic needs are met and driving customer satisfaction. Focus on providing voice of customer feedback to internal teams, prioritizing strategic needs, and developing effective project plans for assigned accounts.

Location: Remote (Global). For non-IT roles based in Montevideo, Uruguay, 55% monthly office attendance is required. Options to work from offices in Ciudad de México or Bogotá are available.

What you will do

  • Work with internal teams and clients, providing “voice of customer” feedback.
  • Develop and maintain effective long-term key customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and ambitions.
  • Prioritize discovery of customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities.
  • Develop and align prioritized project plans for assigned accounts with identified milestones and goals.
  • Develop Customer Success methodologies and own team initiatives that improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent communication, listening, self-motivation, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in Customer Success (B2B preferred).
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding program goals.
  • Ability to travel.
