What you will do
- Develop and own hirify.global’s global Marketing & Communications strategy.
- Lead the evolution of hirify.global's brand narrative as the product portfolio expands.
- Build and manage high-performing teams across Brand Marketing, Content, Social Media, PR, and Influencer Marketing.
- Create comprehensive communications playbooks and standards for consistent brand experiences.
- Drive the content strategy and editorial calendar across owned and earned media.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, thought leadership, and crisis communications, and manage global marketing communications budgets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience leading communications through company transitions (e.g., multi-product evolution, repositioning).
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills across diverse international stakeholders.
- Experience building and managing high-performing, distributed marketing teams.
- Deep expertise in content strategy, brand management, social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
