Focus on building and managing high-performing, distributed marketing teams, driving content strategy, and overseeing public relations efforts to maximize business impact.

Location: The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. hirify.global is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Amsterdam and has 13 hubs around the world.

Salary: $220,000–$275,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and own hirify.global’s global Marketing & Communications strategy.
  • Lead the evolution of hirify.global's brand narrative as the product portfolio expands.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams across Brand Marketing, Content, Social Media, PR, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Create comprehensive communications playbooks and standards for consistent brand experiences.
  • Drive the content strategy and editorial calendar across owned and earned media.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, thought leadership, and crisis communications, and manage global marketing communications budgets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience leading communications through company transitions (e.g., multi-product evolution, repositioning).
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills across diverse international stakeholders.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing, distributed marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in content strategy, brand management, social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
