What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Programmable Voice SDKs and tools.
- Enable developers and partners to add calling capabilities and conversational voice AI interactions to applications via Android, iOS, and WebRTC SDKs.
- Position hirify.global Voice as the platform of choice for developers building Voice AI agents.
- Ensure hirify.global Voice is available on emerging platforms like embeddables and watches.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Support, Sales Engineering, and customer stakeholders to understand needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager for a modern technology company.
- Experience writing software feature requirements for internal or external customers.
- Demonstrated experience working with big data sets and using tools like SQL queries.
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1+).
- Experience writing code for fun, college, or work, with a strong technical bent to collaborate with engineers and analytical customers.
- Track record of driving impact in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with multiplatform SDKs (Android, iOS, web) or WebRTC for Voice, Video, and Data transport.
- Fluency in the conversational AI space, especially voice interactions.
- Experience independently testing hypotheses and quantifying impact using internal data sets.
- Understanding of distributed systems (cloud-scale) architectures.
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development process with globally-distributed teams.
- Experience with media communication technologies (real-time/streaming audio/video) or telephony/telecom infrastructure.
