What you will do

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption.
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions (analytics, processes, documentation, infrastructure) that accelerate time to value.
• Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience.
• Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices.
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams.
• Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering, ideally leading implementations in a startup environment.
• Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Proven hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling (API management, reporting, AI/automation).
• Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases.
• English: B2 required
• Work authorization: Must be able to work in the United States
