What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, including Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and AI Developers.
• Develop and communicate the internal AI product vision and roadmap.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities and maintain a transparent backlog of AI initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Lead the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to build AI skills and ensure governance on solution design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management and solution development with AI/automation or enterprise IT solutions.
• Knowledge of software development tools, frameworks, and platforms, such as Visual Studio, .NET, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, automation platforms, agentic workflows).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, data governance, and security standard.
• Expert strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
