What you will do
- Own partner relationship with hirify.global’s North America Reseller Partners.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales and sales management, product managers, and technical teams.
- Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner sales teams to ensure they understand and can articulate hirify.global’s Value Proposition.
- Collaborate with hirify.global cross-functional teams to define partnership goals and objectives.
- Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing of business.
- Track partner performance and provide feedback to help partners optimize their approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in managing large, complex partnerships with Resellers/VARs such as Optiv, Guidepoint, CDW, and SHI, etc.
- Great people skills and the ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message.
- Build lasting relationships and understand the value in building trust with partners.
- Tech savvy and able to quickly pick up new SaaS technology.
- Experience presenting to Executives at a partner and customer level.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
