TL;DR

Operations Analyst (Sales): Maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of field sales representatives by analyzing performance, optimizing field logic, and managing operational data. Focus on translating high-level sales strategies into actionable prioritization rules within Salesforce, analyzing field activity, and developing reports and visual dashboards for sales performance.

Location: Hybrid work model, based in Berlin, Germany. Opportunity to work up to 60 days a year from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors and local Field Managers, facilitating performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Growth Team to maintain a clean CRM and Total Addressable Market (TAM).
  • Analyze field activity data to pinpoint coverage gaps and maximize face-to-face selling opportunities.
  • Translate high-level sales strategies into actionable prioritization rules within Salesforce.
  • Serve as the primary link between the Field, Data, and Growth teams, managing feedback on data accuracy.
  • Develop clear reports and visual dashboards that track Territory Yield and Pipeline Health.

Requirements

  • Deep Salesforce Experience: comfortable working with Standard Objects, Assignment Rules, and building complex Reports & Dashboards.
  • Google Sheets & Docs Wizardry: able to organize data effectively, use advanced formulas, and document findings clearly.
  • English Fluency: you speak and write English fluently (company language).
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany, for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a relevant Operations role (RevOps, Sales Ops).
  • Experience with Territory Management or geo-spatial tools (Salesforce Maps, Geopointe).
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • German language skills.
