What you will do

• Lead teams and projects in electrical and energy engineering.
• Design and develop data-driven products for flexibility commercialization in the energy market.
• Analyze the impact of flexibilities on distribution grids.
• Lead IT projects in energy technology and data science.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Moderate workshops, presentations, and communicate results to management and customers.

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• Strong knowledge in data science and experience in leading teams or projects.
• Solid understanding of energy markets, especially flexibility and its impact on the grid.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects.
• Expertise in developing complex, data-driven products in the context of flexibility marketing.
• Fluent English and German skills.
