What you will do
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate resources across creative, design, and production teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal marketing, product, and commercial teams.
- Write comprehensive creative briefs and present creative work to stakeholders.
- Anticipate potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated account management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or marketing teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from brief to delivery.
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
- Ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience writing creative briefs and presenting work.
- Background in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience working in-house or with telecommunications, technology, or B2C brands.
- Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront).
- Understanding of agile working methodologies.
- Previous exposure to working with senior stakeholders or presenting to leadership teams.
