What you will do

• Act as the lead strategist on key client accounts, responsible for technical SEO delivery.
• Lead audits, roadmap creation, and technical recommendations in areas such as crawlability, indexation, site speed, and structured data.
• Plan and deliver site migrations, collaborating with dev teams to minimize SEO impact.
• Monitor client performance and create insightful reports for strategic decisions.
• Participate in pitches and new business opportunities, contributing technical solutions.
• Drive automation within the Digital PR department to enhance profitability and time efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a specialist SEO role with a strong technical focus, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable performance results for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing technical projects such as migrations, audits, or CMS changes.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
