Salary: £59,850 – £66,500

What you will do

• Skilfully craft the end-to-end user experience, creatively using components from a central design system.
• Bring designs to life with prototyping software like Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Balance business requirements with user needs by gathering user research and rationale.
• Adapt to technical constraints of different platforms while guiding the best end-user experience.
• Advocate customer inclusion, making inclusive and accessible designs for diverse users.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Full ownership of Interaction Design projects, with excellent prototyping and layout skills.
• Comfortable using and proactively improving existing design systems.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform interaction design processes.
• Familiarity working in a complex landscape, ideally within financial services.
• Strong advocacy of customer inclusivity and accessibility.
