Senior Product UI Designer (AI): Elevating hirify.global’s user experience across mobile, web, and API products with an accent on design end-to-end—from research and UX to UI and design systems. Focus on striking the right balance between platform standards and brand expression, collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). We can hire in selected countries only: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK

Salary: 70-90k EUR + Stock-Options/BSPCE

What you will do

• Work closely with engineers to bring designs into production, adapting to the requirements of each platform.
• Shape the user experience, balancing platform standards and brand expression.
• Prioritize product impact and pragmatic design decisions over endless refinement.
• Use cutting-edge creative and AI tools to accelerate production.
• Collaborate with Growth, Community, Brand, and Machine Learning teams to ensure coherence across platforms.

Requirements

• Active portfolio with recent mobile UI work showing a good eye for typography, color, and space, and understanding of responsive design requirements.
• Action-oriented and pragmatic, able to deliver at pace without losing sight of craft or consistency.
• Experience working with a design system and approach design as an interconnected system.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and work with various stakeholders.
• Experience in mockups and designing prototypes of user interfaces across multiple platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, and knowledge of graphic and animation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.
