What you will do

• Design and iterate on UX/UI for hirify.global's core streaming service, apps, and various web platforms.
• Lead the full design lifecycle for new features, from initial ideation and wireframing through to implementation.
• Enhance key user journeys, particularly around film discovery and engagement, for film enthusiasts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
• Actively improve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Craft compelling campaign websites for theatrical releases and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven ability to tackle complex user problems, define user flows, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct user testing (approx. 3-5 years experience).
• Strong interaction design skills, considering user psychology, usability principles, and scalability.
• Excellent UI and visual design craft, demonstrating proficiency in typography, layout, color theory, and iconography.
• Expertise in Figma (including components, variants, and prototyping) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
• Clear communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and concepts effectively.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Web Builder Tools like Webflow.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for streaming services, editorial platforms, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
• Basic understanding of front-end development.
