TL;DR

UX Designer (Uiux Design): Improving internal experiences for agents and customers within a centralised UX function with an accent on translating complex operational processes into clear and efficient digital journeys. Focus on understanding user workflows, pain points, successes, and contributing to the design system for consistency and accessibility.

Location: You’ll spend a minimum of 50% of your working time per month in the office. For new team members, an initial period will be full-time in the office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design delivery, from discovery and research through to implementation.
• Understand day-to-day processes, pain points, and successes of internal teams.
• Translate ideas into tangible design assets, creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Refine solutions and improve usability using feedback and data.
• Contribute to the design system for consistency and accessibility.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in a UX role (agency or in-house).
• Expertise in User-Centred Design principles.
• Knowledge of visual design principles and accessibility standards.
• Awareness of current UX/UI trends.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in UX research.
• Experience or interest in service design principles.
• Understanding of working within CASS/regulatory/compliance restrictions.
• Experience using or building a design system.
