What you will do

• Design user experiences across Thrive AI’s core objects and complex workflows.
• Deliver user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Work within the existing Thrive AI design system, applying consistent patterns and contributing to reusable components.
• Design intuitive UX for AI interactions including prompting, suggestions, previews, and apply/retry flows.
• Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering teams.
• Deliver well-structured Figma files suitable for direct engineering handoff.

Requirements

• Expert-level Figma proficiency (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping).
• 3–5 years of UI/UX or product design experience.
• Experience working in contract and/or remote-first roles.
• Strong ability to manage work independently with clear communication.
• Strong UX fundamentals including usability, hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Experience designing SaaS or workflow-driven applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Lovable).
• Familiarity with AI-driven products or content creation platforms.
• Basic understanding of frontend constraints (React, component-based UI).
• Comfortable working from written specs and async feedback.
