What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to pre-onboarding.
• Define the best talent strategies and a tailored approach for the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes.
• Track and manage candidate progress using ATS and other tools.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in tech sourcing and technical recruiting across international markets.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple professional channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven approach to work.
