What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for AI, Cloud, data, and other technical roles across Europe.
- Manage stakeholder expectations independently, focusing on timely actions and deliverables.
- Partner with other HR teams as needed for recruitment processing (HRBPs, HR Ops, C&B).
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (SmartRecruiters) and provide market intelligence reporting as needed.
Requirements
- End-to-end recruitment experience for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles (AI/ML Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Kubernetes) in multiple European markets gained in a start up/scale up or recruitment agency.
- Expert candidate sourcing skills and knowledge of the IT candidates market within Europe.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to set and meet expectations.
- Proactive approach, with experience working in fast-growing organisations and remote/hybrid environments.
- Fluency in English at a business level.
