Focus on partnering with hiring managers, overseeing ATS postings, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to align recruitment goals with business needs.

Location: Office-based in Warsaw, Poland. Remote work is only possible if the employee is located in Poland.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle in RDT team from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Oversee job postings in Greenhouse ATS to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct regular market analysis and prepare weekly recruitment progress reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs

Requirements

  • Experience in managing full-cycle technical recruitment for IT positions
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of current IT recruitment trends and market challenges
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for global collaboration
