What you will do

• Build a mobile application from scratch and define its overall architecture.
• Select and implement the technology stack and core infrastructure.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile application delivery.
• Establish development workflows and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with product management to participate in architectural decision-making.
• Ensure production-ready, high-quality code and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern React patterns, state management, and server-state libraries like React Query.
• Proficiency in mobile navigation (React Navigation/Expo Router) and native module integration.
• Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile security concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking or financial applications.
• Experience designing scalable mobile application architectures.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade CI/CD for mobile and Expo modules.
