What you will do

• Build a mobile application from scratch (greenfield project)
• Define and implement overall application architecture and technology stack
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and core infrastructure
• Establish development workflows and best practices
• Collaborate closely with product management and internal technical leads
• Participate in technical and architectural decision-making ensuring production-ready deliverables

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland
• 5+ years experience with React Native and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of modern React patterns and state management (Zustand, Jotai)
• Experience with React Query or similar server-state libraries
• Experience with mobile navigation libraries (React Navigation, Expo Router)
• Understanding of mobile security concepts and ability to work with native modules
• Unit and integration testing experience for React Native apps
• Basic configuration and troubleshooting skills in Xcode and Android Studio
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with banking or financial applications
• Experience with enterprise-grade CI/CD for mobile apps
• Familiarity with Expo modules and config plugins
• Experience designing scalable mobile application architectures
