What you will do

• Design and implement cloud architectures for customers on hirify.global's platform.
• Deploy and configure virtual machines, bare metal servers, networks, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, DNS, security, and Kubernetes cluster issues.
• Analyze customer infrastructures, identify bottlenecks, and propose performance, reliability, cost, and security improvements.
• Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) and modern architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, virtual machines, bare metal servers, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls, load balancing).
• Experience with Kubernetes (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) and Docker/container technologies.
• Ability to debug complex network and Kubernetes issues end-to-end.
• Good understanding of high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Solid written and spoken English for communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with other public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience in customer-facing roles (pre-sales, consulting, support, or architecture).
