• Oversee large-scale FSD renewal opportunities, ensuring seamless execution.
• Plan, organize, and manage renewal processes across multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement projects, leveraging hirify.global's AI capabilities.
• Identify constraints and facilitate quick improvements.
• Develop executive-level presentations highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent) and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification and experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change.
• Familiarity with financial services industry knowledge.
• Experience with building structure to scale GenAI responsibly.
