What you will do

• Own a portfolio of onboarding implementations ensuring predictable delivery and customer outcomes.
• Establish service operating cadence including forecasting, resourcing, and executive steering.
• Drive partner agency strategy, enablement, and governance to maintain quality and integration.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing onboarding delivery team.
• Build service operations backbone including capacity planning, escalation management, and reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements in delivery processes, tooling, and product feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely from there.
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Delivery in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years people management experience including hiring and coaching.
• Strong delivery leadership with project governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with technical GTM ecosystems such as Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling partner-led implementation models.
• Familiarity with PSA and implementation tooling like Rocketlane, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.
• Prior experience with hirify.global platform.
• Understanding of services packaging and scoping.
