What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between IT delivery leads across Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align GTM technology priorities to business goals.
• Launch and scale strategic programs that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen GTM application delivery capabilities.
• Own departmental budgets, OKRs, and utilization metrics, driving financial discipline and alignment to company objectives.
• Define and implement metrics that measure business outcomes, creating dashboards and delivering regular executive reporting.
• Identify and resolve GTM process inefficiencies using a consulting mindset to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Lead organizational and cross-functional change management for complex rollouts to ensure high user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology operations, program management, and/or business transformation at enterprise companies.
• Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and the engineering complexity behind GTM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, etc.).
• Strong background in OKR methodology and implementation.
• Proven experience leading IT PMO teams, in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Deep experience managing large budgets, resource capacity planning, and vendor/contract management in a large-scale IT organization.
