What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across all finance functions.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
• Implement solutions to automate manual tasks within finance processes, including creation of APIs and data scraping functionality.
• Evaluate and recommend new finance technologies and connectivity between systems.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification and Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience at a high-growth company.
• Experience working within a finance function.
• Experience with implementing and integrating finance technologies (e.g., ERP, FP&A software, RPA).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of internal and external audit processes is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite and FloQast is a plus
